A variation of this idea is in play now and has been for a couple of weeks. We as a group do have people looking into whether this is legal and if they do have valid claims. Will post when I know something.

That is who is looking into this for us. Very Nice folks. Chilling Effects dot org is involved as well as a Law Professor and his class. We will see what they turn up.
